Chef Mattia Chiai

Mattia Chiai nació en Cerdeña, una isla italiana famosa por sus ricas tradiciones y su impresionante belleza natural. Creció inmerso en la pasión culinaria de su madre y su abuela, y fue entonces cuando descubrió que su verdadera vocación era convertirse en chef y dedicarse a honrar y resaltar los ingredientes frescos mediante la cocina y su transformación.

Desde que completó sus estudios culinarios, Mattia ha trabajado junto a chefs de renombre en restaurantes galardonados con estrellas Michelin. Ahora, comparte su experiencia y pasión en Tutto Passa.
