Paolo Minelli

At the heart of Maison Delano Paris’ restaurant, Paolo Minelli embodies the art of gastronomy with elegance. A graduate of the Instituto Superiore di San Pellegrino Terme, he honed his skills in the Michelin-starred kitchens of southern France before making his mark in Paris at Park Hyatt Paris Vendôme under Jean-François Rouquette. With experience at the prestigious Hôtel du Palais in Biarritz and La Palme d’Or in Cannes, he now brings his refined and thoughtful cuisine to Delano Café.
